ENAn email-sending issue was discovered in Cognos Analytics 12.1.3 Fix Pack 3 and corrected at short notice. Until Fix Pack 4 is available, check that you are using the latest FP3 download.
IBM confirms that the Cognos Analytics Server and Transformer download packages for FP3 were refreshed on 4 October 2026. If you have already downloaded FP3, check your package and download the refreshed version if needed.
